Online App Space is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. This page outlines our published safety standards, content moderation practices, reporting mechanisms, and contact information for all social and dating applications developed and published by us. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and activity on any of our platforms.

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Online App Space is dedicated to creating a safe environment for all users of our social and dating applications. We recognize our responsibility to protect minors from harm and have implemented comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platforms.
Our child safety commitments include:
- Zero tolerance: Any content or activity involving CSAE is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Proactive detection: We employ automated and manual moderation systems to identify and remove CSAE content.
- User empowerment: We provide clear and accessible reporting tools for users to flag inappropriate content or behavior.
- Transparency: We publish and maintain these safety standards publicly for all users and stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement: We regularly review and update our safety measures to align with best practices and emerging threats.
2. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on all social and dating applications developed by Online App Space:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
- Sexualized content involving minors, including drawings, animations, or AI-generated imagery
- Links or references to external sources containing CSAM
Sexual Exploitation
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes (grooming)
- Attempts to arrange in-person meetings for sexual exploitation
- Sharing or requesting sexually explicit content from minors
- Sexual extortion or sextortion of any user
Inappropriate Conduct
- Sexually suggestive communication with minors
- Harassment or bullying of minors
- Impersonation of minors or adults for exploitative purposes
- Circumventing age restrictions or verification systems
3. Content Moderation Practices
We employ a multi-layered approach to content moderation to ensure the safety of our platforms:
- Automated filtering: Our systems use hash-matching technology (including industry-standard hash databases like PhotoDNA and NCMEC hash lists) to detect known CSAM before it is posted.
- AI-powered detection: Machine learning models analyze content, messages, and user behavior patterns to identify potential CSAE risks, including grooming language and suspicious interactions.
- Human review: Trained moderation teams review flagged content and reported accounts. All moderators receive specialized training on child safety and CSAE identification.
- Proactive monitoring: We monitor public areas of our platforms for suspicious activity and conduct regular audits of content moderation effectiveness.
- Regular updates: Our detection systems are updated regularly to address new and evolving threats.
4. User Reporting Mechanisms
We provide multiple accessible channels for users to report concerns about child safety, inappropriate content, or suspicious behavior:
In-App Reporting
All our applications include a built-in reporting feature that allows users to report profiles, messages, and content directly. Reports can be submitted anonymously if preferred.
Email Reporting
Users can report concerns directly to our safety team at safety.onlineappspace@gmail.com. All reports are treated with confidentiality and urgency.
Emergency Reporting
For immediate threats to a child's safety, we encourage users to contact local law enforcement or child protection authorities directly. We also accept reports from law enforcement through our dedicated channel.
5. Response & Enforcement
When a potential CSAE violation is identified or reported, we follow a strict response protocol:
- Immediate action: Upon confirmation of CSAE content, the content is removed immediately and the responsible account is suspended or terminated.
- Evidence preservation: We preserve relevant data, logs, and evidence in accordance with legal requirements and best practices for potential investigation.
- Reporting to authorities: We report confirmed CSAE content and activities to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local law enforcement agencies as required by applicable law.
- User notification: Where appropriate and legally permissible, we notify affected users and provide guidance on next steps.
- Appeals process: Users who believe their content was removed in error may submit an appeal through our support channels. Appeals related to child safety are reviewed with heightened scrutiny.
6. User Verification & Age Gating
To prevent minors from accessing age-inappropriate content and to protect children from exploitation, we implement the following measures:
- Age verification: Users are required to provide their date of birth during registration. We use reasonable efforts to verify age and restrict access to age-appropriate features.
- Minimum age requirement: Our social and dating applications require users to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to create an account.
- Age-based restrictions: Features that may pose higher risks (such as direct messaging, location sharing, and profile visibility) are restricted or modified for younger users where applicable.
- Prohibited registration: Users under 13 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating accounts on any of our platforms. If we discover an account belonging to a user under 13, it will be terminated immediately.
7. Data Retention & Evidence Preservation
In the interest of child safety and potential investigations, we maintain the following data retention practices:
- We retain records of reported CSAE content and related account data for a minimum period as required by applicable law.
- Evidence related to confirmed CSAE incidents is preserved in a secure, access-controlled environment to maintain chain of custody.
- We comply with data preservation requests from law enforcement agencies and NCMEC.
- User data is retained only as long as necessary for safety, legal, and operational purposes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Collaboration with Law Enforcement
Online App Space actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations worldwide:
- We report all confirmed CSAE content to NCMEC through the CyberTipline, as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
- We respond promptly to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies for user data and evidence related to child safety investigations.
- We maintain a dedicated point of contact for law enforcement inquiries related to child safety.
- We participate in industry collaborations and information-sharing initiatives to combat child exploitation online.
