By creating an account, downloading the app, or accessing the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

The Service, including its code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Online App Space or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including advertising networks (such as Google AdMob), analytics providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

If the Service includes paid features or subscriptions, all fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change fees with reasonable notice. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card details.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your conduct could harm other users, third parties, or the Service
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where possible)

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLINE APP SPACE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Online App Space, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your User Content that infringes any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in India.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service (e.g., via an in-app notice or email). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
